The Oppo A95 LTE edition has finally arrived in Malaysia after a lengthy teaser campaign. The A95 4G is not a new phone; rather, it is the latest in a long line of rebrandings and renamings.

The A74 has been sold under five different names since its release earlier this year. Oppo has updated the Oppo A95 4G with new Rainbow Silver and Starry Black colors. This latest iteration will also be available in Pakistan by the end of the month. The Oppo A95 4G is priced at MYR 1,099 (Rs. 45,900).
The new Oppo a54 sibling’s shell is made of plastic, but it resists fingerprints and has a satin finish. The Oppo A95 4G weighs only 175g and has a thickness of 7.95mm, making it a thin device with a small footprint.
Flip over the New 4G Oppo mobile to reveal its large AMOLED screen. The A95 has a 6.4-inch display with a 1080P resolution and a refresh rate of 60Hz. When in gaming mode, the phone averages 600 nits of brightness and 180Hz touch sampling. Colors should be sharp and crisp due to the contrast ratio. An optical fingerprint scanner is hidden beneath this panel.

The camera system is standard for a phone in this price range (although an ultra-wide lens would have been welcome.) A 48MP wide, 2MP macro and 2MP portrait lens cluster is on display. Oppo has also drilled a hole in the phone’s corner to accommodate the 16MP front camera. The camera app includes a night mode, AI scene enhancement, and filters.
However, the Oppo A95 4G falls short in terms of performance. The Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 is the phone’s entry-level processor. Because the chip is already two years old, it will show its age quickly (and the GPU is even older.) The 8GB of memory, 33W charging, and 5000 mAh battery help to make up for the low-end chip.
