The Oppo Find X5 Pro was recently photographed in the wild, providing us with a limited look at the device’s front and rear. The phone in the photographs was the Ceramic White variant. However, the Oppo price list will soon include mirror-polished Black and Silver options. These two editions were also photographed over the weekend.

This year, Oppo has been fairly conservative with its design revisions. The one-piece casing is what we’re looking at. Once again, the camera hump looks to be molded from the shell. Instead of a traditional boxy form, the Oppo Find X5 Pro features an oblong protrusion from one corner. It has a lens cluster and a cluster of LED flashes.
The silver finish offers a gleaming, dazzling appearance. The same can be said for the black variant, which is similarly mirror-polished. Of course, the phone will attract fingerprints in the same way. Note how these live photos exactly coincide with product mockups based on leak prototypes.
There are at least three separate brandings imprinted on the phone. On the casing, the words ‘Powered by MariSilicon,’ ‘Hasselblad,’ and ‘Oppo’ are clearly featured. It will be Oppo’s first camera co-engineered with the Hasselblad company. OnePlus (now Oppo’s sub-brand) has previously collaborated with Hasselblad on two occasions.

Unlike the Oppo Reno 7, which has a Snapdragon 778G, the Find X5 Pro has a Snapdragon 8 gen 1 processor. Oppo’s in-house image signal processor and NPU are referred to as ‘MariSilicon.’ To better RAW processing and photography, it will replace the stock ISP inside the 8 Gen 1 chip.
