Realme 9 Pro Design Revealed Through Leaked Images, Specs Clarified

Thanks to Steve Hemmerstoffer of @OnLeaks, we got our first glimpse at the Realme 9 Pro series yesterday. Mr. Hemmerstoffer shared design concepts for the Realme 9 Pro Plus smartphone. He’s now followed up with unofficial product mockups of the Realme 9 Pro, which he claims are based on the original leak.

The design language of Realme’s GT series has become more consistent. This is also the look of the Realme 9 Pro series. We’re looking at the same chamfered, curved housing with a stretched-to-the-middle camera rectangle. Inside this housing are a cluster of three lenses and an LED flash. On the opposing ends of the frame are two volume rockers and one power button. At least three colors are available for the Realme 9 Pro: Midnight Black, Aurora Green, and Sunrise Blue. The black model has a metallic sheen to it, as seen in these renderings. The Aurora Green and Sunrise Blue may have beautiful, color-shifting gradients.

We also have the essential specifications for the new Realme Pro model to provide. First and foremost, the realm is bringing 5G back to the franchise. The Qualcomm Snapdragon 695, a newly disclosed 5G CPU constructed on a 6nm node, is at the core of the Realme 9 Pro. It’s powered by a 5000 mAh battery that takes 33W to charge. This arrangement is completed by up to 8GB of multitasking RAM.

The 6.59″ display is a 120Hz, 1080P OLED with a hole punched in one corner. A fingerprint scanner is built into the screen of the Realme 9 Pro, in addition to the 16MP front camera. The back camera has three lenses: a 64MP wide-angle, an 8MP ultra-wide, and a 2MP.
