On October 19, Realme will unveil two new smartphones: the Q3s and the GT Neo2T. The company has already shown us images of both smartphones, and now it has confirmed some of their specifications.
Let’s start with the Q3s, which will feature a 6.6-inch screen with a 144Hz refresh rate, which is the highest on a Realme smartphone to date. The panel will feature seven different refresh rates, ranging from 30Hz to 144Hz, which will change automatically based on the content on the screen. The display will also be HDR10 certified, with DCI-P3 coverage and 4096-level dimming.
The Q3s won’t have an in-display fingerprint scanner because it will have an LCD, and while Realme hasn’t confirmed the inclusion of a side-mounted unit, the images it released on Weibo show the smartphone will have a side-mounted fingerprint reader. Realme previously stated that the GT Neo2T would be powered by the Density 1200 SoC, and now the company has verified that it would enable 65W charging. The GT Neo2battery T’s capacity hasn’t been confirmed, but Realme claims that the included 65W charger will charge it from zero to 100 percent in 35 minutes.
The 3.5mm headphone jack, which is positioned at the bottom adjacent to the USB port, is also confirmed by the photograph shared on the official Weibo account. We expect Realme to announce more about the GT Neo2T and Q3s in the days leading up to the event, which is still four days away.
