For months, the Samsung Galaxy A53 5G and other future Galaxy A phones have been making waves. With a slew of Galaxy A releases on the horizon, the Galaxy A73 has reclaimed its place in the spotlight. Because pre-release benchmarks have appeared on the internet, the phone is expected to launch soon.
Geekbench, a popular cross-platform benchmark, featured the Samsung Galaxy A73 5G. The model number “SM0A7636B” appears in the public listing. Not only do the raw CPU benchmarks appear on the scorecard, but so do some system specifications.

The Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G is at the heart of the Galaxy A73, according to the benchmarks. It’s a mid-range 5G processor with Android x OneUI as its operating system. In addition, you’ll get at least 8GB of memory (a 6GB variant is also in the cards.) The Galaxy A73 reaches a peak of 2913 points when all cores are active, but reduces to 778 points when just one core is active.
According to prior certifications, the Galaxy A73 has a 5000 mAh battery and supports 25W charging. Although it’s unclear whether Samsung will include the charger in the retail box or if the decision would have an impact on the Samsung phone’s price.

The phone’s quad-camera system includes 108MP wide and 12MP ultra-wide cameras with optical image stabilization. It has a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with 1080p resolution, a smooth 90 Hz refresh rate, and an in-display fingerprint scanner.
Samsung hasn’t changed the phone’s appearance from last year, according to unofficial product mockups. The Galaxy A layout is typical, however, the 3.5mm audio port is absent.
