Samsung Unpacked is rapidly approaching, and before its August 10 debut, the Galaxy Z Fold 4 and Galaxy Z Flip 4 appeared in leaked promotional pictures. Evan Blass, a reputable phone leaker, discovered official-looking prototypes of the impending foldable series (via 91Mobiles).
Instead of a complete overhaul, Samsung appears to have simply updated and refined the present fan-favorite design.

The three speculated colors—gray-green, Phantom Black, and beige—are true, according to Evan Blass. Here, there is no discernible design modification. The Z Fold 4, however, seems to provide slight cosmetic improvements.
The Galaxy Z Fold 4 has a slightly wider aspect ratio than earlier Galaxy Fold models, which had tall and thin cover screens. It now more closely resembles a typical phone screen. To lessen the crease on the primary display, Samsung is also introducing a single-hinge design.
The previous model is passed down to both screens. But you may anticipate improvements in terms of brightness, color accuracy, and toughness. Gorilla Glass Victus has also been included as protection for the exterior display. On the main screen, the under-display camera is back. However, it’s said to employ a 16MP shooter as opposed to the 4MP sensor from last year. The Z Fold 3 from the previous year has the same rear camera housing. The bulge and lenses, though, seem a little larger.
The outdated 12MP shooter has been replaced with a 50MP one in the camera array. The same 12MP ultrawide and 12MP telephoto cameras with 3x optical zoom are joined by it (up from 2x).

The Z Flip 4 is seen in the product photos in four different hues: blue, graphite, pink gold, and bora purple. They all have a matte, frosted appearance. The phone is smaller thanks to the improved hinge design.
The Galaxy Z Flip 4 does not have a significant design update, however, the inside display has reduced bezels. Its size and aspect ratio are also unaltered. The cover display has grown to 2.1 inches from its original size of 1.9 inches. Additionally, the camera lenses are bigger. On the back, there is a black accent that houses the cameras and the screen.
Samsung has once more installed a quick fingerprint scanner on the side, despite rumors suggesting an under-display option.
For Galaxy Flips, battery life has never been a strong point. However, the new 3700 mAh battery has 400 mAh more capacity. Additionally, the Galaxy Z Flip 4 should be more effective thanks to the Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 CPU.
