Vivo Y01 Images, Specs, and Pricing Leaked; The Entry-level Phone to Debut Soon

As Vivo prepares to unveil its first entry-level phone of the year, the never-ending cycle of Vivo Y-series releases continues. The Vivo Y01 will make its debut in Europe. Although no official word has been released, a reputable outlet has leaked a thorough story over the phone.

The Vivo Y01 specs sheet, press photos, and pricing are all covered by MySmartPrice. Let’s begin with the display. It’s a 6.51-inch IPS LCD with a notch and a 720P resolution that’s nothing special. The thick bezels around the screen lead to a screen-to-body ratio of 89 percent.

To uncover the textured, curved casing of the new Vivo Y21 sibling, turn it over. Single-tone black and blue finishes are available. A raised squarish camera platform protrudes from the casing. The island houses two lenses: a 13MP wide lens and a 2MP portrait lens. The 5MP front camera is housed within the notch.

The depth of the build is 8.28mm, and it weighs 178g. There’s also a 3.5mm audio jack and an outdated micro-USB connection on board. Unfortunately, there is no fingerprint security available. However, the 2D Face Unlock feature is available.

The phone’s processor chip isn’t specified. However, everything is powered by a 5000 mAh battery that does not enable FlashCharging. Even though the new FunTouchOS 12 is available, the Vivo Y01 runs the previous-generation FunTouchOS 11 x Android 11. The system is completed with 3GB of memory and 32GB of internal storage. The new addition to Vivo’s price list is said to start at EUR 100 (about Rs. 19,900).
