The Xiaomi 13 series is now exclusively sold retail in China, but an international release is shortly to come. The chain has finally made a debut date announcement for one of its goods. The smartphone will be available on February 26 according to the most recent MI 13 Pro teaser.
Vanilla Mi 13 isn’t mentioned, but Xiaomi CEO Lei Jun tweets that both models will debut at the same time. He gives the impression that there are other devices in the works when he announces, “The Xiaomi 13 Series Launch event is on February 26th!” Since both models are already available for purchase at local retailers, their specifications are well known.
The Xiaomi 13 Pro has a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC and, in its most expensive configuration, 16GB of quick LPDDR5X RAM and 512GB of UFS 4.0 storage. The new Xiaomi 5G phone has a 6.73-inch QHD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate and an AMOLED panel. A 4820mAh battery powers the entire device (120W).
When using a LEICA-tuned 50MP + 50MP + 50MP camera setup, it dominates optics. Under the screen pinhole is a 32MP selfie camera, and the phone starts up with an Android 13 x MIUI 14 operating system.

The standard Xiaomi 13 features a smaller 4500mAh battery and a lighter 67W fast charging system while still using the same Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC. With LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.0 storage, its memory combinations range from 8GB + 128GB to 12GB + 512GB at its highest. It has a 32MP selfie camera built within a 6.36-inch OLED 120Hz screen that is reduced in size. Both variants contain a fingerprint ID under the display.
