Infinix Zero Ultra To Arrive With 3D Vapor Cloud Chamber Liquid Cooling Technology

Recently, Infinix has stunned the smartphone industry with its amazing and cutting-edge features. The audience was previously astounded by the recently unveiled 180W Thunder Charging system, and now Transsion Holding’s subsidiary brand is back with 3D Vapor Cloud Chamber technology that seeks to reduce the heating difficulties in the forthcoming smartphones. Both of the new technologies are reportedly going to be present in the upcoming Infinix Zero Ultra.

Although the physics of this 3D VCC system is still being developed, it appears to have a lot of potentials. The new technology, according to Infinix, won’t be as flat as other vapor cooling systems. By forming protrusions atop heated components like the CPU, it will reduce the distance between parts. It enables the bumping areas to store more coolant, improving heat transfer by up to 3°C compared to other VCs.

Furthermore, a 12.5% increase in heat dissipation speed is anticipated. Infinix still needs to overcome various obstacles. The cooling liquid rapidly evaporates in the humps, stopping the process of streamlined heat transport.

The company aims to do this by utilizing a capillary system that expertly switches the coolant’s temperature range from lower to higher. Other issues that need to be addressed include frequent frame dips and freezing of the screen. The State Intellectual Property Office of China has certified the 3D VCC technology, thus it will soon start to be commercialized, starting with the new Zero Infinix smartphone.

Prior to beginning deployment, the Infinix RND team’s next goal is to reduce the thickness of this 3D VCC mechanism. Rumor has emerged that the upcoming Infinix Zero Ultra would introduce 3D VCC technology in addition to the anticipated 180W Thunder Charging. The forthcoming Zero Ultra with a 4,500 mAh battery and an 8GB/256GB storage combination is anticipated to be powered by a 4G MediaTek chipset. It is said to be priced between $315 and $380, or PKR 70,000 when it is released.
