Every six months or so, a new Vivo V-series smartphone appears on the market. The launch of the Vivo V25, the follow-up to this year’s Vivo V23 5G, appears to be in the cards as the launch forecast and spec sheet for the V25 have appeared online.
The information was released on TechYorker, and the series would include two models, the Vivo V25 and V25 Pro, according to the article. Both are set to launch in July 2022 and will offer 5G connectivity.

The Vivo V25 Pro is rumoured to be a repackaged S15 Pro from China. In terms of essential specifications, the phone is expected to come in three storage configurations: 8GB + 128GB, 8GB + 256GB, and 12GB + 256GB. The smartphone is also expected to include a curved 6.56-inch full HD+ AMOLED display with a buttery smooth 120Hz refresh rate and a 19.8:9 aspect ratio, according to rumours.
The Pro model of the latest Vivo V smartphone is believed to have a triple camera configuration on the back, similar to its predecessor. The V25 Pro’s camera setup is said to include a 50 MP wide Sony IMX766V sensor with OIS, a 12 MP ultra-wide lens, and a 2 MP depth sensor. The front snapper, on the other hand, is believed to be a 30 MP sensor with a punch-hole cutout.

The pair is expected to ship with a 4500mAh battery. The Vivo V25 Pro, on the other hand, is rumoured to contain a Dimensity 8100 SoC, whereas the V25 Pro could have a Density 1200 or a Snapdragon 778G CPU. The Pro model is rumoured to have an 80W Super FlashCharge, while the V25 could have a 44W/66W DARTCharge, as well as a 90Hz screen and a 16 MP front camera. Other specifications are said to be the same.
The phones are slated to launch in Asian markets in mid-July 2022, with prices ranging from Rs. 78,000 INR to 105,000 PKR ($380 – $520). We may have to wait till the launch to validate these characteristics because Vivo has yet to confirm them.
