Since its merger with Oppo, OnePlus has been working on its first series of flagship phones. The first renders for the upcoming OnePlus 10 series have just surfaced. And they have a very distinct design.
OnLeaks collaborated with Zouton to bring us high-quality product mockups of the OnePlus 10 Pro. The OnePlus One is heavily influenced by the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra. The phone’s camera plate, in particular, is fused with the frame. Other design cues from the S21 include an oversized housing that stretches halfway across its width and chamfered edges.
In comparison to the OnePlus 9 Pro, it’s definitely a step down in terms of aesthetics. According to the source, the product renders are based on official prototypes. As a result, it’s likely that OnePlus has completed the design.
A matrix of three lenses and an LED flash is housed within the camera platform of the new Oneplus 2021 smartphone. The OnePlus 9 Pro this year lacked a periscope-style telephoto lens, and the OnePlus 10 Pro lacks this cutting-edge feature as well.
The chassis incorporates OnePlus’ signature alert slider button. A closer inspection of the phone’s backplate reveals a subtle grainy texture as well as the OnePlus logo. It appears to be the vegan leather finish popular in higher-end BBK phones.
The OnePlus 10 series is expected to hit the market in the first half of 2022. It is the first OnePlus phone to use Oppo’s ColorOS rather than the original OxygenOS.
