On October 13, OnePlus will unveil its 9RT model, which we’ve already circled on our calendars. OnePlus’ most recent teases focus on the 9 RT’s touch sampling rate and cooling mechanism.
The OnePlus 9RT will be the first phone from the company to feature a 600Hz touch sampling rate. The new optimizations, according to OnePlus, have improved click delay by 57 percent and slide delay by 47 percent. The phone was created in partnership with the OnePlus eSports team. The Samsung E4 panel with a 120Hz refresh rate will still be available on the 9RT.
OnePlus also revealed information about the RT’s redesigned cooling system, which includes a five-layer structure that covers the largest surface of any OnePlus device to date. This will be required to keep the Snapdragon 888 chipset under control.
In comparison to the previous OnePlus 9R, the new cooling system uses graphite sheets and should provide a 20% increase in heat dissipation efficiency. The phone will be available in black and silver and will include 7GB of virtual RAM, according to OnePlus.
