Oppo Reno7 gets an early, but extensive specs leak, including pricing

Given that the Oppo Reno6 5G and Reno6 Pro 5G were only recently released in Europe, the Oppo Reno7 family is still a long way off. Nonetheless, we’ve heard rumors that the Reno7 Pro will include a Sony IMX776 primary camera sensor. Today brings a quite comprehensive specs leak, which covers practically the whole Oppo Reno7. The information is preliminary, according to the source, and there is no indication whether it refers to a standard Reno7 or a Reno7 Pro. It should be taken with a grain of salt.

As previously stated, the 50MP Sony IMX766 sensor has been confirmed for the main camera. It won’t, however, have any OIS, according to reports. It’ll be joined by an 8MP Sony IMX355 ultrawide camera with macro capabilities and autofocus hints. Then there’s a 2MP black-and-white camera for portraits. On the selfie front, there’s a Sony IMX615, which has a resolution of 32 megapixels.

According to the source, the Reno7 would have a 6.5-inch BOE FHD+ AMOLED panel with a 90Hz refresh rate and 10-bit color support. A MediaTek Dimensity 920 with LPDDR4X RAM and UFS 3.1 storage is pushing pixels to it. All of this was kept cool using liquid cooling from a vapor chamber.

A 4,500 mAh battery with 65W quick charging powers the show. NFC, stereo speakers, and a Z-axis linear motor for haptics are also listed on the claimed specs sheet. A 6000-grade aluminum flat center frame is sandwiched between a 2D crystal diamond glass back and Gorilla Glass on the front, according to the source.
