The Realme 9i — the only budget-friendly variant in the upcoming midrange Realme 9 series — is set to launch on January 10, 2022, according to a source in Vietnam. Here, we’re dealing with a simple, cookie-cutter design language. The new Realme cheap smartphone’s case is chamfered and textured in straight lines, while the frame is curved and etched to hold a thumbprint scanner (which also serves as the power button), and the camera housing is a tiny rectangle with three lenses within. This pattern is completed with a hole punched through the corner of the display.
There are 50MP wide-angle, 8MP ultra-wide, and 2MP macro lenses in the triple-camera cluster. Turn the phone over to see the 16-megapixel front camera. It’s housed in a 6.6-inch IPS LCD with a maximum resolution of 1080P and a refresh rate of 90Hz.
