Samsung Galaxy A04 Officialized with Three Storage Options, HD+ Screen & 50MP Camera

It’s official: Samsung’s eagerly anticipated Galaxy A04 has reached the press release stage. On the Samsung Mobile Press website, the smartphone made its formal debut, confirming the details and expectations. The hardware manifest and the preview renders for the phone’s official appearance were released by the rumor mill earlier this week.

Nobody was surprised when those representations matched the actual object exactly. The company has not yet revealed all of the hardware’s secrets for the Samsung Galaxy A04. For instance, an octa-core chip is mentioned but neither the model name nor the manufacturer is given. Taking into account that today’s performance chipsets are all built on 8-cores It ought to be difficult to speculate.

There is a probability that the Unisoc SC9863A found in the previous generation Samsung Galaxy A03 will be reused in the Galaxy A04, although Exynos 850 has an equal chance of doing so (rumored specs).

Samsung introduced three storage options for the Galaxy A04 in the press release. 3GB or 4GB RAM versions with 32GB, 64GB, or 128GB of storage capacity are available. A chamfered plastic shell with textures in black, green, white, and copper dresses up the internals.

On the back, you’ll notice two cameras stacked vertically. The top one is a 50MP primary camera, and the one below it is a 2MP depth assistance. On the plastic rear, the word “Samsung” is inscribed in large letters. A respectable 6.6-inch array is located up front.

The front 5MP selfie camera is concealed by an IPS LCD display with HD+ quality and Samsung’s so-called Infinity V notch. A 5000mAh battery backup powers every piece of electronics inside the Galaxy A04. One UI Core 4.1 for Android 12 is preinstalled on the Galaxy A04. The phone weighs 192g and measures 9.1mm thick. The cost of the Samsung smartphone is still unknown.
