Last month, Samsung issued the Android security patch for the Galaxy Z Flip3 and Galaxy Z Fold3 in South Korea, and it is now rolling out to unlocked versions of the two phones in the United States.
Version F711U1UES2AUI5 and F926U1UES1AUI5 are the new updates for the Galaxy Z Flip3 and Galaxy Fold3, respectively. While we don’t have their changelogs yet, the updated releases may include the virtual RAM feature as well as privacy and security fixes for both smartphones. Samsung also published the October 2021 security update for the international Galaxy S20, S20+, and S20 Ultra with firmware version G98xxXXUBDUI5, in addition to the Galaxy Z smartphones.
The upgrade for the worldwide S20 trio is presently being seeded in Germany, but it should soon spread to other locations.
If you haven’t yet gotten the October 2021 update for your Galaxy Z Flip3/Z Fold 3/S20 trio, you may manually check for it in the phone’s Settings > Software update menu.
