Xiaomi 12 Series Featured in Official Teasers and Promos; Launches on December 28

The Xiaomi 12 series has only been mentioned in speculations and unofficial publications so far. Xiaomi, on the other hand, started the teaser campaign for the Xiaomi 12 yesterday. We also have a launch schedule and some sneak peeks.

On December 28, at 7:30 p.m. local time, Xiaomi will reveal its next flagship series. Xiaomi’s social media channels will be live-streaming the event. According to prior release schedules, the Xiaomi 12 series will debut in China before traveling to the rest of the world.

There are three versions of the Xiaomi 12: Xiaomi 12, Xiaomi 12X, and Xiaomi 12 Pro. The teasers were shared through Xiaomi 12 phones, which aren’t mentioned in the promotions. The Xiaomi 12X is a brand-new addition to Xiaomi’s flagship lineup. Furthermore, there is no mention of a Xiaomi 12 Ultra.

Xiaomi’s 12 phones are powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor. It offers small, iterative improvements over the previous-generation Snapdragon 888. The gains, according to Xiaomi, are 10%. Benchmarks from before the release show a similar boost in performance.

Xiaomi also unveiled the Xiaomi 12 series’ two screen sizes. This year’s Xiaomi 12 has a smaller footprint. In comparison to the iPhone 13, the next Xiaomi New 12 model is narrower and has a larger screen due to bezel cutting. Mild curves run along the borders of the Xiaomi 12 Pro display. Both screens have O-holes punched through the middle. It’s also worth noting that DisplayMate has given the Xiaomi 12 screens an A+ rating. Nothing less would be expected from a high-end flagship phone.
